Just finished up an amazing 12 day trekking experience through Ashmita Trek and Tours with guide Sangay Bhutia. A crew of 7 along with 8 dzo made it all possible. Sangay did a wonderful job of preparing our group of 4 for the high elevation trek and ensured we were safe the entire time. Just got back from 2 weeks trekking in Sikkim with Ashmita - trip of a lifetime! Everything I hoped it would be and more - beautiful, challenging, informative. We felt fully supported emotionally and physically by our guide (Sangay) and a crew of 8 pack animals and 7 men (sherpas, cooks, yak men). This was truly a trek of a lifetime for me. Three of my friends and I met up with Sangay on the 25th of Nov and released him back to his family on the 12th of Dec.
