Just finished up an amazing 12 day trekking experience through Ashmita Trek and Tours with guide Sangay Bhutia. A crew of 7 along with 8 dzo made it all possible. Sangay did a wonderful job of preparing our group of 4 for the high elevation trek and ensured we were safe the entire time. Just got back from 2 weeks trekking in Sikkim with Ashmita - trip of a lifetime! Everything I hoped it would be and more - beautiful, challenging, informative. We felt fully supported emotionally and physically by our guide (Sangay) and a crew of 8 pack animals and 7 men (sherpas, cooks, yak men). This was truly a trek of a lifetime for me. Three of my friends and I met up with Sangay on the 25th of Nov and released him back to his family on the 12th of Dec. I would like to convey our deepest appreciation to Mr Subash Tamang and our guide Binod for their wonderful support and guidance in planning and executing our trip to Lepchajagat and Tumling. We did a 4 day trek and had a brilliant time. Our guide, Dawa Lama, was so kind and helpful and was really patient when one of our group got bad altitude sickness. It is well worth doing 4 days rather than 3 as the final night was in a lovely homestay and the walk was totally different from the other days as it was through the Black Forest. Be warned that the first two nights it is very very cold ... continue reading

I did 5 days trekking in Singalila NP and had the most amazing time! Pimba was an incredible guide- he was attentive, considerate and caring. I can not recommend this tour highly enough!! He changed my itinerary on the first day due to my ability so it was really custom made.
