We did an overnight trek with Ashmita Trek & Tours on 10-11 September, 2016. We organized the trek with Subash Tamang, Managing Director of Ashmita Trek & Tours, who was accommodating, pleasant and straightforward to deal with. I booked a 2 day trek via email a couple of months ago. Subash took lots of time to work out a suitable itinerary with me and then supported me through getting the right kit and paying. My sister and I booked a trek with Ashmita during monsoon season in late June. This was a low-altitude trek through Darjeeling, Tumling, and surrounding areas. It was an excellent experience. Subash was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure our tour went smoothly. And our guide, Pemba, was extraordinary.
